Most AI golf apps are built by engineers who don't play. GoLowr is different. Every word, every drill, every piece of feedback is shaped by people who've spent their lives in the game.

The story

GoLowr was founded by Reagan Folk, a former Division 1 golfer on a top-50 ranked women’s program with 13+ years in the game and years of experience coaching juniors and women of all levels.

The idea is simple: a lot of golfers can’t afford a teaching pro. The ones who can often only see them once a month. In between lessons, you’re on your own — guessing, YouTube-bingeing, falling back into old habits. AI should be able to fix that. But every AI golf app on the market is built by engineers who’ve never broken 90.

So we’re building the alternative. Every swing analysis is vetted against real coaching experience. Every drill is one a real coach would actually prescribe. Every Coach’s Take sounds like a real coach because the system is trained by them.

What we believe

  • Great coaching shouldn’t be a luxury. You shouldn’t need a country club membership to get real feedback on your swing.
  • AI is a tool, not a coach. The model spots patterns. The coach gives the take. Both matter.
  • Women and juniors deserve content built for them. Different swing speeds, different leverage, different course management. Generic instruction is half-instruction.
  • You can always go lowr. Whatever your handicap, there’s a lowr score waiting. That’s the whole point.
